JENNIE Releases New Single 'Someone to Hold'

JENNIE has released her new single 'Someone to Hold', which will be featured on the soundtrack for the upcoming Netflix animated film 'Steps', as reported by Billboard.

The film, directed by Alyce Tzue and John Ripa, offers a fresh take on the classic Cinderella tale, with a star-studded voice cast including Ali Wong, Bette Midler, and Amanda Seyfried.

The soundtrack, which includes three additional original songs written and produced by Tranter, is set to arrive on November 20, the same day 'Steps' premieres on Netflix. JENNIE's new single has been described as 'pure danceable joy' inspired by vintage organic dance pop.

The release of 'Someone to Hold' comes on the heels of JENNIE's successful collaboration with Tame Impala on the 'Dracula' remix, which reached No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 2 on the Official U.K. Singles Chart.

This new music matters to listeners because it brings a unique and uplifting sound to the soundtrack of 'Steps', and showcases JENNIE's continued growth as a solo artist.
