Dead Man's Bones Returns with New Song

Dead Man's Bones, the alt-rock duo of Ryan Gosling and Zach Shields, has shared a new single, 'Lost in the Night', as reported by Consequence. This is their first new song since 2009.
The song, which arrives just in time for Halloween, features atmospheric glow and eerie overtones, consistent with the band's spooky self-titled debut. The track also comes with a video starring Rain Spencer and Noah Jupe.
The return of Dead Man's Bones was teased by Gosling's wife, Eva Mendes, on Instagram earlier this month. According to a press release, Gosling and Shields recorded 'Lost in the Night' at a farm outside Los Angeles in one day.
It remains unconfirmed whether more new music is on the way from the pair. Gosling has had a busy year, starring in the blockbuster space film Project Hail Mary, and is set to play the lead role in Shawn Levy's Star Wars: Starfighter in 2027. This new release matters to listeners because it marks a long-awaited return of the unique sound of Dead Man's Bones.
